Sound Design and Composition

I worked as a Sound Designer at Touchmedia in Shanghai in 2007. On the left are sound design and music composition works I have produced whilst holding this position. I have designed and composed mood-setting music for commercial Flash adverts and games which played on interactive kiosks installed in taxis and other locations throughout Shanghai.

Video Production

This video was produced to promote Downend School’s Filmclub. I was the camera woman, sound recordist and also the post production person. The video was shot in High Definition using the school’s Sony HVR-A1 camera, and the sound was recorded using an AKG C1000s microphone (a very basic microphone but all that was available). It has been good experience for me working with two pleasant colleagues and some lovely kids, and the final result is reasonable considering the equipment available.

QuickTime Virtual Tours

I made these Quick Time Virtual Tours for the Downend School website using VRWorx and Photoshop. This acted as a virtual tour of the school which could be viewed on the website. You need QuickTime Player to view the QTVR projects on the left.
